Whilst adding colour to the white in scars the needling action of the camouflage process also packs an additional punch by helping to break down dense, fibrous scar tissue and triggering the body’s production of collagen and elastin. The result? A flatter, more comfortable scar that looks and feels more natural.
Treatment
Skin Camouflage is a two-part process, with sessions spaced around 6 weeks apart to allow for proper healing in between treatments.
The treated area will appear quite red immediately after treatment, but this will subside over the following few days.
The Perfection Session / Second Session
The 2nd session is to assess how the first treatment has healed and make any necessary adjustments to the colour.
Scar Needling without Camouflage
Inkless Tattooing or MCA Needling, has been used for many years to enhance the appearance of your skin and body without the need for invasive surgery. MCA Needling began as a treatment to relax and reduce scar tissue and became an alternative treatment to reduce the appearance of stretch marks, especially for darker skins.
By using medical needling, we are in fact tricking the brain to believe the skin has been cut and the process of healing needs to kick off and then takes place naturally by creating an inflammatory healing response. This promotes internal repair and rejuvenation. Natural growth factors are released to stimulate reformation and deposition of fresh collagen to repair the scar.
Inkless Collagen Induction is done by inducing a controlled trauma to scars or stretch marks which breaks down scar tissue and initiate the process of restructuring and repairing the skin.
Additionally we use a specially formulated to enhance the repair process.
When it come to skin repair there are many ingredients which help to rejuvenate, hydrate and protect the skin. Our serum can help to transform the skin when using professional needing.
Treatment is approximately a course of 6 treatments, which take place monthly.

Scars must be healed before they can be treated (ideally 6 months or more) and white in colour.
