Kathryn says that cleansing twice a day is key to maintaining a healthy, glowing and clear complexion. It is essential because your skin still produces oil and sweat while you're sleeping. Also, double cleansing removes any of the remaining products you put on the night before. Finally, double cleansing helps prep your skin for your morning skin care routine.

The best way to keep your skin from ageing is to introduce antioxidants like Vitamin C a potent antioxidant that can neutralize free radicals because of its antioxidant properties, Vitamin C aids in your skin's natural regeneration process, which helps your body repair damaged skin cells. To also use Vitamin A (retinol) which benefits the skin because it helps to promote collagen synthesis, improves skin texture and increases skin hydration, fights acne, reduces wrinkles, stimulates collagen, and promotes cellular turnover. Its also known for evening out skin tone and increasing blood flow to the skin.
